One of the most fascinating things from today's SpaceX IPO and Elon Musk's newfound Trillionaire wealth status, is how immediately and unashamedly those that create zero value for others are so quick to want a piece of something they had zero hand in creating that wealth. It's exactly like how when a family member wins the jackpot, and all the family and friends no matter how obscurely connected, will come out of the woodwork and do their darnest to try and get a piece of the pie. Only in this case it wasn't a scratcher or lotto number, it was countless hours of hard work, dedication, surrounding himself with the absolute best people that he could and doing what so many others had deemed impossible.

Congratulations to @elonmusk and the entire @SpaceX team for today's incredible achievement! Watching the progress from the earliest days of rocket development, to the failed launches, to the first landings, and now the incredible achievements happening each day that have become basically routine, every bit of the success is well deserved. 🚀 I'm glad to be able to witness, and ever so slightly, be a part of it. 🙏 Too many, many more mind blowing achievements to come! 🍾

Today was not only our 8 year anniversary, but also our 2nd's first day of daycare so to say my wife was a little emotional would be an understatement. The day seemed to start out by having anything that could go a little wrong, go wrong, which didn't help. Luckily I was able to get home a bit earlier and make a killer dinner with a little help from Grok on the recipe brainstorm and man, it turned out fantastic. (ignore the slightly over toasted garlic bread, that was a 20s too long opps at the end.) One of those days that feels like it's been a long week already, but being able to still make wifey happy and keep the love alive after 8 years with two crazy goofball additions taking all the time and attention they can, is sure worth it.

Is it just me or did at least the Android version of the @Tesla app add a little animation to the Performance Badge? I don't remember having that until... Today?

Holy Crap! @Tesla FSD 14.3.2 fixed my Cattle Guard test! It's not quite there in Mad Max mode but on Standard or lower it's perfect! I would actually trust my car now unsupervised the entire way around this route now which was one of the last blockers I can find to test.

@aelluswamy @elonmusk @Tesla_AI you really have done it and it's so, so amazing how close Unsupervised really is. So many edge cases, such superhuman driving ability. I'll have a video comparing today to the past test up soon.

This is huge and I really hope more than one gets restored to flying status. The plane is way too influential to leave in the dustbin of aviation history as static displays only.
The Maverick Act just passed the Senate, allowing the US Navy to transfer a trio of retired F-14D Tomcats and necessary spare parts to the U.S. Space and Rocket Center. The F-14s have also been authorized to potentially be restored to flying condition.

At the Wheeler Ridge @teslaenergy @Tesla supercharger and , what is going on here? Is this just ignorant Tesla owners following group bias or just plain ignorance on how to return the charging handle? These are practically brand new chargers.

Also @Tesla @aelluswamy please tune FSD to slow for speed bumps a LOT in the Model 3 at least. Second time it's bottomed out my car on a bump because it goes too dang fast for these fat bumps.

Besides that and navigation just not having a clue about these New Superchargers, the trip from Sac to Anaheim and back in a Tesla with FSD really is the ultimate travel hack. V14.3.2 just handles all the driving and Heavy Traffic traffic like it's trivial. Love it so much.

@TechOperator @DirtyTesLa @blorrior any of you guys see this in your neck of the charging woods? Saw at least two Tesla Y owners just toss it over and leave. So, strange.

Common @grok I thought this was a cute banger dad / Tesla tweet I thought of as I was on the Incredicoaster while my kiddo was left only able to watch from the sidelines. Tell the Algorithm to show this to all the Tesla fans out there that know what I'm talking about here.

Kiddo is just below the height limit of this ride only, but outside of the loop, I can pretty much give her the same thrill in the 3P. ;)

FSD V14.3.2 doing a good job at keeping the "No Touchy" record clean. This time a Ford Raptor decided my lane looked nice and inviting and FSD brushed off the dust on a curb but stayed just enough away from both.

Can anyone at @tesla or anyone else tell me what this "Summon" button does in the Android Tesla app? I tap it, get a little haptic, but nothing else happens...

Three years since the first flight of Starship, the next generation is here. New ship. New booster. New engines. New pad and new test site. SpaceX engineers are working to solve one of the most difficult engineering challenges in history: developing a fully, rapidly reusable rocket

Ok so first commute with FSD V14.3.2 and there are few things that nobody has seemed to mention yet. They Fixed HomeLink being canceled when you summon your car out of the garage - this is a minor but very welcome thing since I have to summon my car in/out of my garage and the way old summon would cancel the Homelink Auto Garage Door closing was always and odd bummer. That being fixed is awesome. They also Fixed Summon changing the FSD Driving Profile from Mad Max to Hurry - another small but noticeable change. In the past anytime you used summon and left your car in Mad Max, it would be always switched down to Hurry. I assume this was because ASS was on the older V12/V13 builds which didn't have V14's profiles but that's just a guess. An ASS change I am not a big fan of is the slow roll to a stop that is now a part of normal Arrow Use Summon - now instead of the car doing a pretty solid sudden brake stop when you release the arrow button on your device, the car now does a roll to a stop similar to how Smart Summon does for comfort, however in the way I use Standard Summon to just get the cat in/out of the garage, it now is a chunk more difficult to time the release to line up the car to fit in the garage just within the door and not too far back into the garage. I have limited space to work with and I still don't 100% trust the distance measurements with vision though I guess I can adjust it in the settings and give it another go. If it can accurately back in just right by that, this may become a non issue unless I have something stacked behind the car like I sometimes do which throws it off. Stop Signs are improved - the car does still do a complete stop, but it doesn't lollygag and slowly start to go, it stops, waits about 1 second, then just gets through it with no fuss at all. A nice mild change that should save a little time if you have a lot to go through. Lane selection is better on the freeway as is the follow distance like the notes implied - it didn't hold itself in the left lane this morning and all the cars it did follow had a few car lengths between me and then that it didn't do on 14.2.x. Street lane choices and navigation seemed, slightly better and worse - on the Better side, it did merge into a car sized bike lane way earlier than 14.1-2 has as unlike v13.2.9 which would merge into it when there was traffic stopped at a light but the lane was open to take a right turn at the light, V14 up to now would always wait it out and finally merge at the line break and go from there which was unnecessary. I'll have to test further and see if that is back to v13 level or not. Also the other thing I want to test and see is if .3 will use the suicide lane on a 4 lane road when trying to make a left turn onto the road. V13 also did this perfect fine but I don't think V14 has done it once as it likes to wait until both directions are clear enough to merge directly into traffic. Very odd regression for that but I hope it's fixed. On the worse side, it's minor but one thing V14.1-2 did do was be able to take a left turn into the correct lane immediately (say a double left turn lane and the car is in the right side lane, with a turn onto a 3 lane road and a upcoming right turn) the car would turn and cleanly merge directly into the right most lane perfectly which V13 rarely would do unless following someone - now it seems .3 may possibly have regressed into merging into the same lane as the one it was in for the turn, then merging over. Lastly, Mad Max feels more Mad again on city streets - not quite as MAD as 14.1 but it now does get off the line ever stronger than before and gets up to a seed that is way more in line with traffic that I have to contend with on the streets I go on. A very welcome change and like always it puts a smile on my face because it just is goofy sometimes in how it tries to navigate traffic and sometimes it works out brilliantly and other times it backfires and just looks like a doofus.

Hey Algorithm, it would be really cool if you could get this post to pop on the FSD, ASS, Tesla, Robotaxi, community as it pertains to a lot of it and I haven't seen much if any of the early access guys covering some of my findings. Don't make me start @'ing people...

I'll see if I can create a video a bit later comparing previous versions to show what I am talking about visually. The 3 month old has stepped up the demands after work currently.
