#RealCallerStory: A 211 Community Navigator received a call from a woman experiencing abuse who needed access to a shelter immediately. The navigator called the Assaulted Women's Helpline and made a “warm transfer” to the woman who needed the support. 211centralsouth.ca

#RealCallerStory: A senior called 211 for help locating her adult son. The Community Navigator referred her to the Family Tracing Service. She was also transferred to a community agency where she could be connected to supports that could help her as a senior living by herself.
