INGAF(NER) in collaboration with Finance Department, Government of Mizoram successfully conducted a PFMS workshop on SNA SPARSH and SASCI 2026-27 at PPIC Hall, Aizawl from 1st to 3rd June, 2026. The workshop was inaugurated by Sh. Lalduhoma, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Mizoram (@Lal_Duhoma). On this occasion, Sh. Rokhum Lalremruata, Director, INGAF(NER), Sh. H Atheli, Jt. CGA, PFMS and Sh. Vanlaldina Fanai, Finance Commissioner, Govt. of Mizoram were also present and addressed the participants. The workshop was attended by 160 officers from various Government of Mizoram departments. It focused on the technical and operational utilities of SNA SPARSH, a new fund flow architecture designed to streamline processes and mitigate systemic shortfalls inherent in the traditional SNA framework. #PFMS

INGAF today concluded fifth and final ITEC programme of 2025-26, titled “Audit & Internal Control for Financial Discipline” (9th-20th March 2026). Valedictory session was graced by Sh. Viraj Singh, Addl. Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, as a Chief Guest. The programme witnessed participation from five countries—Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Fiji—fostering international collaboration and exchange of best practices. Over the past two weeks, it provided a comprehensive platform for knowledge sharing, capacity building, and strengthening audit and internal control systems.
