Yesterday, our Connect Us team met with Home Instead at the Quirky Café in Hoylake. This was to discuss potential ways of working in partnership to support the local community in tackling isolation. 🧡

The aim of Baby Nest is to support families of 0-2 year olds, in providing baby essentials free of charge. The aim is to support vulnerable families who may be struggling with various needs, through a period of change in their lives.

This time there was a focus on creating pathways into health and social care and connecting local people to local jobs with meaningful careers.
