The Central Board of Secondary Education appears to have ignored views from its own governing body members to hold pilot projects across regional offices before rolling out the new on-screen marking (OSM) system for Class 12 board examinations this year, according to minutes of a meeting seen by HT.

सीबीएसई एग्जामिनर ने माना कि कंप्यूटर स्क्रीन पर कॉपियों को स्क्रोल करने में भारी दिक्कत हो रही थी. कई बार तो एक पेज देखने के बाद दूसरे पेज के लिए दो-दो मिनट तक स्क्रीन के सामने बूटिंग का इंतजार करना पड़ता था. आप पेज नंबर 1 चेक कर रहे हैं और अचानक वह गायब हो गया! इस लचर तकनीक ने शिक्षकों का समय बर्बाद किया और जांच के लिए जरूरी शांत माहौल के बजाय चिड़चिड़ापन पैदा किया.

RTE राइट टू एजुकेशन को लेकर राजस्थान में बहुत बदहाल स्थिति देखने को मिल रही है वर्तमान सत्र 2026-27 में 12 मार्च 2026 को @rajeduofficial ने 2.40 लाख विद्यार्थियों की लॉटरी निकाल निजी स्कूलों में दाखिला सुनिश्चित किया था किंतु आज 70-80 दिन बीत जाने के बावजूद निजी स्कूलों ने 1.80 लाखों बच्चों को आजतक स्कूलों में दाखिला नहीं दिया है।
पिछले सत्र 2025-26 में भी अभिभावकों ने पूरे साल सड़कों पर लड़ाई लड़ी उसके बावजूद 40 हजार विद्यार्थियों को दाखिला नहीं मिला था अब इस साल भी दाखिला नहीं देने का नाटक चल रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री @BhajanlalBjp जी और शिक्षा मंत्री @madandilawar जी जब बच्चों को पढ़ाना ही नहीं, दाखिले ही नहीं करवाने है तो क्यों स्वांग रचकर अभिभावकों को दर दर की ठोकरें खाने पर मजबूर कर रहे हो।
शिक्षा का अधिकार दो
नहीं तो अपने पदों से इस्तीफा दो

आरटीई के दाखिले नहीं लेने वाले स्कूलों की मान्यता रद्द करे @UPGovt
आरटीई के बच्चों को शिक्षा से वंचित करना कानून और संविधान दोनों का उल्लंघन है। चयनित बच्चों को तुरंत दाखिला मिले और दोषी स्कूलों पर कठोर कार्रवाई हो।

जब तक @UPGovt और @basicshiksha_up विभाग RTE के दाखिले नहीं लेने वाले स्कूलों की मान्यता रद्द करने की कार्यवाई नहीं करेगा तब तक इसी तरह हर साल हजारों बच्चो को निजी स्कूलों द्वारा शिक्षा के मौलिक अधिकार से वंचित किया जाता रहेगा

हमारे @BsaGhaziabad द्वारा लगातार RTE के दाखिले नहीं लेने वाले स्कूलों को नोटिस और चेतावनी भेजी जा रही है उसके बाद भी निजी स्कूल दाखिले नहीं दे रहे इसलिए अब @UPGovt को सख्ती दिखानी चाहिए

Parents have knocked on every door — PMO, Rashtrapati Bhavan, CM Office, Education Ministry, NCPCR, District Magistrate — yet there is still no action on repeated complaints regarding #DPSG.
A simple question: Why?
When concerns involving violations of RTE, NEP and NCF are repeatedly raised and authorities remain silent, citizens are bound to ask — are rules meant only for the powerless?
If parents have exhausted every democratic channel and still receive no relief, where should the common man go?
Why has no action been taken despite repeated complaints?
Why is enforcement missing when policies are clear?
Why does accountability disappear when influential institutions are questioned?
If there is no violation, authorities should say so publicly.
If there is violation, why no action?
Silence after repeated representations raises serious questions about governance, accountability and equal application of law.
Can anyone answer why #DPSG continues unchecked despite complaints reaching the highest offices?
Accountability delayed is accountability denied.
