We're currently experiencing some issues with ParentMail, which our team are working to resolve at the moment. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
1) UPDATE: We're working through each account to make sure that we provide access to all users. You will start to receive Service Cloud account activation emails in the next couple of days, sent from IRIS Service with the subject 'Community logins to IRIS'.
