Few... You only know the gravity of the problem if you're: - 38 years and older - In healthcare, - Know a Pharmacist - Managing a chronic condition(s) - Know someone who is managing a chronic condition. - Had to take medication for a rare condition. - Had to be a caregiver - Have elderly parents In each of the travail highlighted below, @pharmachainAI dissolves them. Here's what's happening... Patients are getting angrier and sicker! Pharmacies in the US are closing, not just larger pharmacies, but also independents and some chain locations. What most people don’t see is the fallout behind the counter: • No extra staff where the prescriptions are being transferred. • Pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are burning out. • Patients are waiting longer, driving farther, and in some cases, going without meds. Hear from my colleague👇

Medicine access via Pharmachain AI will be a game changer. Watch!
🇻🇳 A Vietnamese man slid under a closing pharmacy shutter in a helmet and mask, terrifying staff for about 2 seconds. Turns out, it wasn’t a robbery. Just a husband on a mission for his wife and his own survival 😂

Fast becoming the norm, Web2 based business built with a Web3 infra and IP.
The beauty of running a web2 business on top of a web3 IP is that you get to see the difference of your web3 & web2 customers Web3 customers get very happy & excited to try your goods Web2 customers act normal around it. They like it, but they see it ordinary It’s eye-opening While I’m always grateful to see Web3 people be ecstatic to try @BorednHungry, the real magic is actually in seeing other people treat our food normally They order it. They may take a photo or two. They may post it on Instagram. Or not. It doesn’t matter as long as they enjoy it And that’s special. Because an IP we treat with reverence gets to break into lives of normies and they don’t make a big fuss about it as if it’s nothing Maybe breaking into mainstream doesn’t need all the buzz and attention. Maybe it just needs to make Web3 looks normal

Peptides went from felony to federal policy. 14 of 19 banned compounds are coming back.
it's genuinely insane how much progress biotech is making in 2026: - Japan just endorsed the first iPS cell therapies for heart failure and Parkinson's. reprogrammed cells from your own body replacing damaged tissue - Altos Labs built an Atlas of Rejuvenation. 100 genes linked to cellular youth. they are now repurposing existing drugs to hit them - a cancer drug accidentally became a longevity drug. rapalink-1 extends lifespan through the same pathway as rapamycin but cleaner - Retro Biosciences dosed the first humans with a pill that reactivates the brain's cellular cleanup machinery. results Q3 - peptides went from felony to federal policy. 14 of 19 banned compounds are coming back - psychedelics just got a presidential executive order. first FDA approval of a psychedelic is weeks away - GLP-1s hit 12.4% of US adults. fastest mainstream drug adoption of our lifetime. peptides are on the same curve but faster - someone sequenced their genome on a kitchen table for $1,100. no institution. no permission - AI tested 43,529 longevity interventions and validated the top candidate in aged mice without a single human researcher making the call I think bio/acceleration will define this decade.

The word “Peptide” is beating “ai agent” on google trends at its ath: Ozempic and Mounjaro generated $71 billion last year, it’s bigger than the entire ai industry (OpenAI and Anthropic combined did $29 billion).

We are early, what we saw months ago is becoming obvious. Access to medicines and the pharmaceutical supplychain holds billions of dollars in opportunities. Get ready! Early to Bitcoin? Be early to #Peptides
I have to stop myself from walking over to random people in the street just to tell them about Retatrutide. It’s like when you’re long Bitcoin but worse. Going to radically change society when it’s out next year.

Hello there...
We have been hands on building and securing relevant partnerships, laying the foundation for an easy, fast secured and global access to medicines. We had a soft launch some months ago, now we want to expand usage of our platform, we will be segmenting the market and push onboarding activities in different localities. While we launched Pharmachain AI on this page, we have setup @Pharmachainaius as our main page to position ourselves globally and reach our US audience since we are Headquartered here. Our socials on @virtuals_io have been updated as well. In the last couple of weeks we have been adding several categories of medications. Our database now holds over 100,000 FDA approved medications💊 for 75,000 pharmacies in the US and Africa. We are seeing a strong demand for Peptides and amino acid supplements. We will be sharing tailored updates for each market. Stay Tuned.

$PHAI is coming..... Polymarket and prediction market was a breakout Utility for Crypto.. Everyone has joined the band wagon investing in or building another Polymarket with a better UX or a different twist. Meanwhile the approach should be looking for another breakout usecase for Crypto and build therein. The people who are able to do this will print brrrrrrrr The problem though is many people lack conviction, lack original ideas and tend to follow the band wagon in investing and building. Selah.

Somoene asked me a million dollar qusestion: "What products should be built in crypto?" Imo the easy low hanging fruit is no longer available. What could be built within crypto was largely already done Would say its definitely not another perp dex, prediction market, generic money market or L1 I imagine the next big crypto business will be built by a founder with non crypto domain expertise (e-commerce, energy, farming - whatever) using crypto to solve some of the real problems their niche is facing e.g. I don't think the next big win comes from a crypto native founder who only knows crypto, trenches, DeFi etc...but from someone who comes from the outside
Next wave of crypto founders will build meaningful products that leverage crypto as a base technology for businesses with lasting value Gone are the days of catering to the same 10k CT degens, bribing them with cheap incentives to generate non-organic activity to boost fake KPIs Reach out if you and your project vibe with this take

Just about every breakout consumer crypto product you’ll see in 2026 won’t be through CT. They’ll be acquiring a scalable user base for products that actually have strong acquisition funnels. That means sustainable crypto businesses. This is bullish.

Easy come, easy go. Big things take time. After the stillness.... The breakout will be loud and it will form the new meta.

Projects that blew up overnight are the same ones that disappeared overnight. Easy come, easy go. Every sustainable company in this space was built slowly, quietly, and painfully before anyone on your timeline ever heard of them It's not exciting to talk about, but it's the truth. If what you're building is taking forever, you're probably on the right track.

If you're a Pharmacist hoarding Ozempic, you're about to loose money... The patent for semaglutide, the active ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy just expired 4 days ago. An Indian Pharma dropped the generic, the next day... Lol Was the medication already in production in the last 24hrs? The price has become 80 to 90% cheaper which is a huge win for patients that actually need it. This poses a new set of challenge, a lot of generics will now flood the market, and it may be difficult to tell the real from fake. Making sure affordable generics are traceable, authentic, instantly findable at your local pharmacy is why we built @pharmachainAI, AI discovery onchain tracking powered by $PHAI.

Blockchain is fast becoming core infrastructure for all supplychain transactions. As medicines exchange hands an immutable record is created.

Yeah, it's funny, because this has made it very easy to see who is depressed, needs a mental break or burt out on CT. CT is dead, Twitter is boring = needs a break. Honestly, go take care of your health, your brain has been fired from dopamine.
Funny how all the accounts that are responsible for destroying CT are now the ones crying about what CT has become. What did you think your endless airdrop farming and memecoin gambling would lead to? CT stopped being what it once was a long time ago. It used to be about real investing. Sharing information, finding alpha and helping each other get smarter. Today everyone just wants to extract short-term value and feels entitled to ridiculous rewards for pressing a few buttons and posting a tweet about it. And now that the house of cards has collapsed, people are surprised? The audacity to complain about the very thing you created. Meanwhile, institutions couldn’t care less about this kindergarten. They look at numbers, adoption, real use cases - and they’re more bullish than ever. When did we reach the point where conservative institutions understand our industry better than the natives themselves? Be the change you want to see or stop complaining.

Having contracted to government for most of my career I can tell you with confidence - no governance org works itself out of a job. That’s not how it goes. They get bigger, more embedded, more far reaching. Every time. It’s human nature. So when it come to @SolanaFndn here’s your call to action: Stop waiting for the Foundation to shrink. The repos are open source. Thousands of hours of world class programs sitting there for free. Find a Foundation service in GitHub with revenue potential, fork it or create a moat around it, and do it better. That’s how institutions actually get replaced - not from the inside, but by builders who move faster and capture the value. The code is literally sitting right there for you. Use it. github.com/solana-foundation

Daily active addresses on @base tops 8.18 million (one of the highest across L2s. Cumulative addresses now >5.16 billion. 24hr chain fees sits at $151,519, which is healthy considering the millions of daily transactions, though this can be reduced further. Might become sub $1,000 when they move to their own chain.
