This is the 21-year-old Israeli pregnant woman, Shira Ish-Ran, who was shot by a #Palestinian terrorist this week, forcing an emergency c-section of her baby at 30 weeks. Both are in critical condition. Her husband (pictured) was also shot in the leg.
#Hamas praised the attack.
