i believe blue archive's strongest suit is its fan-made content, and how efficient the game is at motivating fans to create. it's not simply because the character writing, designs, and personalities are good, it's also due to how they're presented in a way that forms the perfect blueprint for fans to fantasize, fill in the gaps, make humor, or create new stories altogether
this explains why despite having a drastically smaller player and revenue numbers than some other gachas, blue archive has been absolutely dominating comiket and fanart spaces in general
to put it into perspective see this comparison i made
(don't get me wrong, this is in no way meant to throw shade at the other games being compared, i just want to highlight how strong this one aspect of blue archive is)
the content i make is not just an outlet of my own creativity, not just a hobby i do for fun. there's a reason why many of my posts are so high effort: it's not just meant to entertain people, i want to inspire you. in a time where many choose lazy ways to chase internet popularity, i want to motivate you to ACTUALLY create. pick up a pen and start drawing, download some video/image editing software and learn how to use it, make something stupid, it's fun, and it's what makes this community so alive
