Downloaded an app called "Be my eyes" to assist visually impaired people across the world living alone... Just received my first call, the guy asked me to confirm the expiry date on his bread and what type of bread it is ... OMG!!! 🥺🥲😭😭

Happy new week. Today I’m buying AIICO. Even though its Fair Value calculations show it’s a little overvalued, I personally like their Gross Profit Margin which is over 50%, it’s a good sign for me. PE Ratio still under 10x, Return on Equity albeit not at my sweetest spot of 30%, but still at 20% which is alright. Not a very volatile stock with Beta of 0.01, so no significant surprises relative to market movements. Also the stock price is under N10 which adds it to my penny stock portfolio nicely. If I can get a 30% upside on AIICO, on or before this time next year I’ll be golden. Of course, not financial advise.

The next stock I’m buying this week is going to be WAPIC (Coronation insurance) because of two things: 1. It has a negative beta -0.13. This means it should move slightly in the opposite direction from the market. The current market sentiment is tending towards bearish. So I’d want to have this one. 2. The 52 week range is between N1.98 to 4.91 (almost 5). That means I’m closer to the lower end today (at 2.50) than I am to the higher end. If it is true that sentiment is the issue, post sentiment I might be able to double the value. 3. It appears undervalued. I believe there’s an above 20% upside in terms of value of this stock 4. I love me my penny stocks 😅. Any market momentum now, 1 naira added here is worth 100x better than 1 Naira added on a stock costing N200 and above.

How to make 1 million Naira every day without working. Step 1. Work hard / smart and have access or control of up to N2bn liquid cash. Step 2: put N2bn in a boring fixed deposit or Money Market Mutual fund at a rate 18% pa or higher (you can get these rates today) Step 3: Your yearly interest is 360m which means your monthly interest is about 30m which means your daily interest is around 1m. Don’t mention.

As earlier discussed, here’s what I got; 1. MayBaker: I feel the need to come into the pharmaceutical space, considering the possible Ebola and Hanta situations that may affect us. And if they don’t, still good, them no dey price drugs. But in addition, MayBaker has a good Return on Equity of about 30% and their Gross Profit same (30% ). Looks like a good direction to go. 2. MBENEFIT: I am adding to the MBenefit shares I already have. I believe there’s still a small upside for fair value somewhere in there. Maybe 10-15% upside. Plus their ROE is above 30% and Gross profit is about that too. The fact that P/E hasn’t caught up (4.2x) is actually a turn on for me not a turn off 😅 3. AfriPrud: Purely instinct. As usual, this is not financial advise.

Sometimes when I watch @Hillsong service on Sunday, and I listen to what they pray about, I understand something. Our idea of the concept of God, is shaped by our circumstances. Our circumstances are, well, bad. So a lot of us see God as a source of comfort or hope for things that we as an earthly community are supposed to be able to organize and provide for ourselves. If God has created everything and has said that it is good, then it is left to us to extract that good from it. May our leaders (political, business, family) have the strength and foresight to extract this good from what God has already made available.

Step 1: what is your life worth? Possibly much More than 3.5million (Keep this in your mind) Step 2: Starve yourself for 47-hours. Step 3: On the 48th hour use the $500 to buy food in order to save your life. Step 4: Enjoy your return on life 💪🏾

Life Builders Initiative exists to reach these children, provide education, and guide them toward a better future. By taking a child off the street and giving them access to learning, we are helping shape stronger futures for them, and for the country.

When he talks about the future, his answer never changes. Yaya wants to be a computer engineer. His dream is clear, and his path is already taking shape. Many children like Yaya still have potential that is at risk of being lost without support.

Small but mighty Usman. One of the first names anyone learns in School Without Walls from the children is Yaya. He is smallish, lively, and quick to smile, even when all he’s doing is answering his name.

Millions of children in Nigeria are still out of school. That’s not just a statistic, it’s a generation at risk, potential lost, and dreams cut short. At Life Builders Initiative, we’re working every day to bring these children back into the classrooms where they belong.

What do you think is the biggest reason children are out of school in Nigeria? 1. Poverty? 2. Lack of awareness? 3. Cultural barriers? 4. Other priorities? Let’s talk about it👇🏽

Prof is absolutely spot on in this video. The prosperity gospel madness in a terribly poor country like Nigeria is a scam that impoverishes vulnerable people and enriches a few charlatans in the pulpit.
