Meet @IlePlatform, the project set to reshape the real estate market in Nigeria. At the heart of their mission is the name itself 'Ilé' the Yoruba word for 'home', as they work to make property ownership an accessible reality for everyone.
They are tackling the high barriers to entry in real estate by tokenizing properties for fractional ownership. This allows individuals to access the property market with any amount they choose, breaking down assets into affordable digital shares and building a seamless bridge between the Web2 and Web3 ecosystems.
By unlocking this new level of access and liquidity, Ilé is not just building a platform; they are empowering a new generation of property owners.
