Feedback gets scattered across emails, Slack channels, and random forms. By the time a user or client sends that unexpected exit email, it is already too late. The brutal reality for startups and agencies is that silent churn is an invisible killer. Most traditional tools act like an archive of thoughts rather than a defense system for your revenue. They collect data but fail to connect those words to actual retention signals, leaving warning signs completely invisible. That is exactly why FlagUp was built. It unifies feedback deduplication, sentiment analysis, roadmap prioritization, and a fully anonymous suggestion box into one dashboard, fully available in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese (en, fr, es, pt) to support global teams and users. Instead of just gathering responses, FlagUp translates everyday feedback into early warning churn insights. It exists for one simple reason: to help growing teams stop losing users to preventable problems they could have caught. What’s the most unexpected reason a client has ever churned on you? πŸ‘‡ Flagup.io

How do you guys deal with this? Is there a way to avoid it?  It took me almost 1 hours to write a post for a specific subreddit. I choose each word carefully to make sure the reader get the concept of my product. only to get it removed because the moderator thought it was AI generated.

I still can't figure out how you can convince strangers to pay for something that doesn't exist yet. Honestly, I already have a hard time convincing people to use it for free even though it's ready to go.

My meta descriptions were 200 chars. Google reads 160. We don't talk about that era.

The numbers are small. The belief isn't.

No revenue yet. Barely any users. Still the most optimistic I've ever been. That's what building something of your own does to you.
