I've been having a lot of interactions like this recently.. Customer: "I would really love if your avatar had (thing/ feature) on it" Me: Oh I could probably add that in an update! Customer: "Oh well I'm just one person you don't need to listen to me" ...So what?? You payed me a pretty considerable chunk of change, it's my job to make sure you're happy with what you paid for!! I hope you guys realize how much each and every one of you mean to me, don't be scared to make requests!
