Genuine question for other UEFN Creators
If someone copies your island's branding/thumbnail style, Epic rejects the Unoriginal Promotional Asset report, and Epic also declines a DMCA claim, what options are left?
I'm not talking about someone making a similar map. I mean using the same logo styling, text effects, branding presentation, etc.
Has anyone successfully dealt with this before, or is there nothing I can do?

Another thing I'm seeing more and more lately is people straight up taking your thumbnail, putting it through AI, and then using it as their own.
Not inspired by it. Not similar. Literally derived from the original image.
What are the laws on this? I'm almost certain a DMCA for this would get rejected as well.

A new "Genre" Option has been added to the Island Publishing Screen. It already comes pre-picked for all published maps so I guess some AI automatically assigned it.
This option most likely has the biggest influence on which Discover Row you get put into, so check your maps and make sure it's assigned correctly if you want a chance to succeed in this horrible update!!

Genuinely don’t know what you’re expected to make to get into Epic’s Picks at this point 😭🙏
Since release, the game consistently stayed in the top 10 most recommended and favorited (past 24h), even reaching #1 at one point. I've read countless opinons saying it's one of the best UEFN horror maps they’ve played, and that more maps should be this polished and high quality
Really wish Epic would include even a short comment in rejection emails, just something to point creators in the right direction or explain what's wrong / what could be improved.
