It’s a real honour to be promoted to full Professor, and I’m deeply grateful to the many mentors, colleagues, and students who’ve made this possible. I feel especially fortunate, within the @TEQ_Neurosurg group, to work at the interface of surgery, neurology, and engineering – and to collaborate with brilliant teams across the @QSNeurosurgery, the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology, the UCL Hawkes institute, and now our robotics spin-out, Panda Surgical. Translating technologies from lab to operating theatre has been a real team effort, and the achievement is as much theirs as it is mine.
🥳 Huge congratulations to the academic staff & early career staff from the Faculty of Brain Sciences who have been awarded a promotion in this year's UCL academic promotions round. ➡️ ucl.ac.uk/brain-sciences/new…
