Does anyone know how long it takes to walk from the Brussels-Zaventem train station to Terminal 2? I arrive to the station at 9:50 and my flight departs at 10:45. Carry-on only. Will I make it?

At the #ParabereForumPalma2022 and loved this magical tour of ancient olive groves and tasting of olive oil (from 800 year old trees) & upcycled olive leaves products (matcha, dust, infused water). 🙏 Very grateful for this experience @ParabereForum

Waking up 1 hr before departure and being able to arrive to the gate with 1 min to spare before boarding begins, inclusive of slow security and "end of the terminal" gate. Euphoric or terrifying?

Nothing like receiving some good old fashioned mansplaining first thing in the morning! 🙃

Ate at Casa Benigna. They have a "snail guy" they call to order caracoles for their Alicante-style paella. The guy goes out and forages for them, then returns with a box several days later. Loved this dish and story. #knowyoursnailforager

Zeeland oysters dressed with beurre blanc, chive oil, wild foraged sea greens, and Codium tuile. I'm a purist but could eat this every day. 🥰 #yerseke

Oesterij Special from Yerseke, The Netherlands. Beautiful off-bottom cultured gigas species with a refreshing splash of brine, hint of seaweed, and toothsome sweet finish (thanks to that meaty adductor 💪). #oysters #oesterfestival

One thing that I've had to adjust to in Spain is the definition of times... for example: "morning" means 1:15pm and "around 6pm" can often mean 7:10pm.

New summer dinner hack in Madrid: buy 0.5 kg gambas, 1 kg meijillones (€17 total) from local pescadería. Boil the shrimp. Chill. Then use 1 cup of shrimp stock to steam the mussels (with 1/2 sautéed onion and jamon bits). Bonus: crusty bread. Simple, easy, amazing.
