60k for a 6k profit business. Some people haven’t a single notion of pricing. Made me want to step away from the negotiation straight away. That’s a €15k business at a stretch

I had 2 strong coffee units open this time last year ☕️ Unfortunately we lost one of our units to a lease agreement with one of the big dogs paying x5 our rent agreement 👎 Thankfully our sole unit now YTD is doing 25% more in revenue compared to this time last year. Positive📈
