Hi👋 I'm a passionate value investor from the heart of Dublin, Ireland 🇮🇪.
Started my investment journey in 2020 as a growth/speculative investor, now changed to value investor🌿 Always learning and looking to connect with similar minded investors along the way! 🤝
I have been offered to acquire another self service business
This one is a automatic dog wash machine - here are the details of the offer👇🏻
• 2 dog washing units
• 2 year lease
• €300 per month rent
• 2023 revenue: €20,800
• 2023 Net Profit €6000
Asking Price:€60k😂
60k for a 6k profit business. Some people haven’t a single notion of pricing. Made me want to step away from the negotiation straight away.
That’s a €15k business at a stretch
Who’s holding $JBHT
Stock price has been flat for the last 3 years. Revenue down but growing their assets.
Margins have decreased in recent times too.
Where do we see the upside?
I had 2 strong coffee units open this time last year ☕️
Unfortunately we lost one of our units to a lease agreement with one of the big dogs paying x5 our rent agreement 👎
Thankfully our sole unit now YTD is doing 25% more in revenue compared to this time last year. Positive📈
$SWKS expecting softing in demand for smartphone market
If they can capitalise on the automotive play I think there is a nice balance across the board with this company
Thinking of selling my position in $TXN at these multiples
FCF declining YoY, Revenue down and Inventory too high for my liking when they’re building capacity to build more
