The democratic process in the USA and Canada has been completely hijacked by the political parties which do not (and don’t even pretend) to respond to individual citizens.
The broad issue is how to create representation for individual citizens. Time for @independents.

Americans are reaching a breaking point.
Fraud fatigue is now a very real thing.
People are not only questioning the system, but are completely done with the system and considering not even paying taxes.
Why should we? It only gets sent to Somali Pirates, and fraudsters and wasted by the people who are selected to represent us.
Is this the turning point?

Fact: Tariffs are paid by the U.S. importer and are therefore a sales tax on imported goods.
Question/issue: Are tariffs a tax that is justified in the public interest?
Like all taxes, tariffs create individual winners and individual losers.

The monetary decisions are based on a capitalist society where raising interest rates punishes borrowers & gives banks & investors extra income. Socialist economics control of prices is fairer to both the borrowers & investors.

I most certainly believe in indies, and I hope they control the balance of power across Australia. The Fed indies have failed in holding the two major parties to account. Parliament is moot if it's thoroughly corrupted at the very core. Fix that first, and we have democracy back

.@RepMaxMiller just voted for (#FISA 702), used by the govt to spy on Americans, a violation of our 4th Amend rights to be free of the govt’s unreasonable (INTERNET!) searches or invasions of our privacy. Miller violated his oath to defend the Constitution when he voted to permit the govt to spy on us, even without a warrant! #OH7
