Just topped 1M in 401k. This was a result of consistent contributions over 20 years and a heck of a bull market.

Wow, what a year!
10 years of Roth IRA contributions and the gains nearly equal the contributions!

With the market run, NW has increased to 2.1M and 1.8 invested. On track for a 500k yearly increase in NW.
Hit a big milestone Friday as we reached 2M in net worth. The second million took less than 4 years (45 months), and went by in the blink of an eye. Of the 2M, 1.7 is invested in the market and the remaining is a mix of cash, home equity and vehicles.

The power of compounding! I left an employer in 2018 and since then the account balance of the 401k has increased 153%!

The 10% cash back on UberEats & free Uber 1 through Capital One Savor Card is too good to pass up. Offer is only valid through mid November, but I’ll definitely be using Uber Eats until then.

Zillow has our home zestimate at 35% above our purchase price from 3.5 years ago. I’m not quite sure how accurate I should take this to be. A rise of 10% per year seems insane for real estate.

I’m going to begin to use my Fidelity brokerage as a checking account to pay bills. Offers almost all the same benefits of a physical branch and will allow my money to grow at nearly 5% while I wait to pay bills on their due date.
Anyone just use Fidelity cash management of Vanguard Cash plus to pay bills and Venmo? I see no reason for staying with a traditional bank that offers no apy yield on checking. I probably write one check a year and take out less than 500 in cash.

This market rise is insane, will it continue and set an all time yearly increase record?
