Why now Amazon is trying to find its way out of this & is trying to make me bear the cost of their fault. In India consumer protection laws are weak & so Amazon is taking its customers for a ride. If this issue had taken place in USA, Amazon Team would be handling it differently

My first request was replacement but since Amazon did not have the product, the Amazon executive assured me that full amount including product installation & uninstallation charges would be refunded and only thing I have to produce is the invoice for the same (which I have)

Some part of the installation amount refunded by Amazon. But why not full amount refund? Faulty product delivered by Amazon, they do not have another piece for replacement (Amazon's issue) then why am I being forced to bear major part of installation & uninstallation cost?

(2/2) confirmed that as product is defective & they don't have another unit, along with product refund they will refund the installation & uninstallation charges as well. Executive said he cannot mail as he do not has access to send mail. Now @amazonIN denying refund of charges
