I spent last week in Konkan. I’ve been going to Konkan since childhood days it’s still as beautiful as used to be. It’s better option than Goa if you prefer less crowds, scenic & untouched beaches, comparatively lower resorts rates. Any guess which exact places are these?
To those asking it’s Khavne, Nivti, Kondura, Bhogwe, Devbag beaches in Vengurla. Resorts like Belantara, Highland Sarovar, Varandah, Rivercoast, Sea Horizon, Parisa Maachli are the best among I stayed over the years.
Many parts of Mumbai got pre monsoon thunderstorms today morning. More such isolated hit & miss thunderstorms likely couple of days till 10 June. Proper monsoon heavy rains unlikely next 10 days at least. #MumbaiRains
Thunderstorms over Pune region will slowly move westward towards Northern Raigad. Lonavala, Roha, Pen-Panvel, Alibag etc will get rains soon. Some Thane interiors will get rains also. Even Mumbai has chance of getting rains tonight although next 3 days better chance #MumbaiRains
Santacruz, Mumbai min temp dipped to 14.9°C today morning. Some thane interiors saw 10-11°C. Suburbs surrounding SGNP saw 12-13°C. Even lower temperatures likely on couple of days in next 2 months.
I arrived at the stadium and rains stops. Coincidence? I think not.. Weather should get better as day goes. One or two more hit and miss isolated showers possible but shouldn’t required reserve day. #MumbaiRains#WomensWorldCup2025
Raining in Navi Mumbai right now few more showers likely next couple of hours. IMD Radar is down so going by satellite pics and other less reliable sources. Might be delayed start but unlikely reserve day will be needed.
What's wrong with weather patterns? It's been raining in Mumbai for close to 6 months now.
@IndiaWeatherMan, is #WomensWorldCup2025 final in danger of being washed out (tomo too)?
Thankfully there's a reserve day but I've never seen anything like this in the month of November!
In October and November Mumbai mostly gets rains from North East Monsoon Systems that come from Bay Of Bengal tracking westward and some of those re-emerge in Arabian Sea and gives rains to Mumbai. Some of the years this happens more than other like this year. #MumbaiRains
Seriously more rains even after 4th - 5th Nov. Do you see more LPAs forming since you said that the monsoon season is over. Can you please elaborate a little
