Father's day has put me at a bit of a breaking point with my sock situation. Any suggestions out there for creative 🧦 storage solutions?

Is watching the 1984 Ghostbusters movie killing people? Recent data show death rate of 10-59yr olds who have watched the 1984 Ghostbuster Movie is 2x higher than those who have watched the 2021 Ghostbuster movie I don't know how to explain this other than movie-caused mortality

Here is a snapshot of the COVID-19 hospitalized patients across our system as of today, September 3. We understand this type of information can help our communities make healthy choices and that’s why we will share periodically a snap shot of our COVID-19 hospitalization data.

Today I got the results of my vaccine response from my oncologist. Anything over 400 is great. 250 is okay. Mine was 16. They consider it β€œbackground noise.” So just another friendly reminder that you, a healthy person, getting the vaccine can potentially save my life! 😘

I wonder if @GregAbbott_TX thinks that every Texan has the ability to receive full pay while being holed up in their mansion receiving monoclonal antibodies?

One of my co-residents covered my weekend shift...in the last 2 weeks of residency.... with 0 chance I could ever reciprocate in kind....so I could attend my daughter's first dance recital. You can bet if that co-resident ever needed anything, I'd be there for her.
This is so crucial, especially during training when days off are hard to come by. Doing things for people is like putting money in the bank. At some point, you’ll need to make a withdrawal so you can go to a wedding or have a cardiac arrest. Build up that bank account now.

State CDC director @nirav_mainecdc also said "We need to turn Vacationland into Vaccinationland" and once Rick Rolled a press conference so yah, Maines pretty much got the coolest public health scene in the country.
Maine's most effective COVID-19 vaccine incentive? A LL Bean gift card, the state's CDC director Nirav Shah tells reporters.

Shortly after, he married his childhood sweetheart Anna Van Comycin. A scientific couple so prodigious, their names have become medical mantra to soothe to anxious clinicians. "I don't know what's wrong with the patient, what do we do??" "Pip Taserson Anna Van Comycin"

The RECOVERY trials and it's investigators are probably some of the most publicly undercognized successes of this pandemic. Maybe we need more science merchandizing. Like cool band t-shirts with a sick logo and all the trialed drugs on the back like tour stops.
RECOVERY has shown that it is possible to massively accelerate medical advances and massively decrease costs. Estimated cost of Β£250 per patient enrolled - a fraction of other clinical trials.

Even harder to not let yourself dwell on thoughts like ''if only I was a better multi-tasker/delegator/leader, I could accomplish more." I try to remind myself that burnout is far more likely to harm patients than just accepting my limits.
One of my mentors told me as a person in the field of antimicrobial stewardship there will always be more to do than what is possible in a day, so I have to accept not being able to do it all or else I will burn out and never be happy. I struggle with this literally every day.

I'd say that in my career, the integration of clinical pharmacists as active partners in patient care has been a top 3 (the top?) vdevelopment in improving delivery of medicine. In all settings. Thanks to @deannabuehrle for her exceptional work at VA Pittsburgh. @Brookeholderia
