When most people think about AI in healthcare, they think about efficiency.
Faster documentation.
Less administrative work.
More automation.
That's the expected outcome.
But the conversation took an unexpected turn in this episode of TechTalk.
The future of healthcare technology isn't just automation.
It's intelligence.
And the organizations that learn the fastest may ultimately win.
The next healthcare battle won't be human vs. machine.
It may be AI vs. AI...

When ChiroTouch introduced AI-powered documentation, the goal was simple:
Give providers their time back.
The expected outcome?
✅ Less charting
✅ Less burnout
✅ Less after-hours work
And it worked.
Practices using AI reduced after-hours documentation by 75%.
That's the thing about great technology.
The biggest benefit isn't always the one you set out to achieve.
Sometimes solving one problem creates opportunities you never saw coming.
As Blake Head shared on TechTalk:
"Providers are sitting in bed at night ignoring their spouse and kids just to finish notes. AI is eliminating that second job."
Less documentation. More patient care. More growth. More life outside the practice.
Every successful practice has a secret sauce.
The challenge? Most software, systems, and processes try to force that secret sauce into a one-size-fits-all box.
Think about it. Every note tells a story about your care, your philosophy, and your patient experience. It's not just documentation—it's how referral partners, providers, and even patients perceive your brand.
The practices that grow the fastest know exactly what makes them different and find ways to amplify it.
What's the secret sauce that makes your practice stand out?
