Infinite Pads Update: Unfortunately, we encountered a major factory production issue affecting a large portion of our latest batch. The affected pads were produced using the Soft base instead of the intended Mid base. While the products are still very high quality, they do not match the exact specification we promised customers. Rather than compromise on quality, we made the decision to reproduce the affected units correctly at our own expense, despite this resulting in a significant financial loss and an additional delay. The current ETA for the corrected Mid pads is early Q3. Customers will have three options: • Receive the Soft Speed version instead of waiting the extra time • Cancel for a refund • Wait for the correct Mid version and receive a voucher toward a future order as a thank you for your patience We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate everyone's understanding and support. The control series is unaffected.
