I just finished The Girls of Maple Close by Amanda Brittany. I actually enjoy psychological thriller with a podcast element. I was fully invested. I'd rate it 3.5 stars (⭐️⭐️⭐️💫). There were lots of twists, but I didn't love the ending. 📚
This Karmelo Anthony verdict being found guilty right after a Chinese man was found innocent after chasing a black kid down and killing him should tell you everything you need to know about what our priorities should be in these United States
I would really like people to stop telling my husband about events.
Events and outings go through me.
Why he just tell me we have a wedding to go to at 3 PM?
This season’s Couples Therapy episodes are too short; there’s not enough of something...context maybe.
Plus, Nessa and Drea are hard to watch. Chris & Sienna are uninteresting to me. I wanna fast forward lol
Just finished The Crash on Netflix. My heart truly goes out to both boys' families. Davion Flanagan's dad is a good dad and a wise man. He made a good points at the end about how Mackenzie's trash ass parents are damaging her by not allowing her to take accountability.
Yesterday, I finished the book Kin by Tayari Jones. I'm still processing but my immediate thoughts are this was a 3.5 ✨️✨️✨️ I wanted more from the ending, but it doesn’t detract from this impactful story.
