If you're judging AI progress by the latest product release, you're already looking in the rearview mirror! 🐌 At AI Week Milano, Gian Segato, Data Science Manager for the Research team at @AnthropicAI, explained why products are a lagging indicator. By the time a new feature reaches users, the underlying capabilities have already moved on. Today's top models can autonomously complete complex tasks that would take a human expert up to two days and that benchmark is doubling every four months! ⬆️ Even more striking, adding more compute and data keeps making AI smarter, without signs of slowing down. Curious what that means for the future of AI... and all of us: go.infobip.com/4gbqQmw

What if your API is already an MCP server and you just don’t know it yet? 👀 While the MCP specification was still evolving, a small team at Infobip was already shipping production code. What started as a hackathon project turned into the company's first live MCP servers! At @DevoxxUK, Filip Srnec, Principal Engineer at @Infobip, shared how the team built the OpenAPI MCP Spring Boot Starter - a framework that turns any OpenAPI-documented API into a fully capable MCP server, without rewrites or custom integration layers: go.infobip.com/4olw5Sy

Ready for another #ShiftZadar2026 speaker reveal? 👀 We're excited to welcome Betta Lyon Delsordo, Penetration Testing Engineer at @AWS, to the Shift stage this September. 🧡 Betta taught herself to code at 13, started building websites for small businesses and eventually got curious about how to break them (for good reasons, of course 😉). Today, she specializes in web, cloud and AI security at AWS, helping uncover vulnerabilities before the bad actors do. And for the past 10 years, she's been mentoring the next generation of women in tech through the Technovation Challenge. 🫶 📅 13-15 September 2026 📍 Zadar, Croatia 🇭🇷 🎟️ Find the tickets here: go.infobip.com/4bxfabm #ShiftConference #InfobipShift #ShiftZadar #DeveloperConference

One of the biggest signs that you may not be clear as a leader is if you hear silence. ☝️ At @CTOCraft in Toronto, David Fung said a lot of leaders take silence as alignment. But silence is actually a sign that maybe people are either not clear or they may have just given up fighting with you. The leaders who struggle most are those who have never built an environment where pushback is safe, so if your team never challenges you, it’s time to read this: go.infobip.com/4dSaT3f

Skipping juniors feels smart short‑term, but it quietly sets you up for a painful failure later. 🤷 At @CTOCraft Conference in Toronto, Christine Miao (Founder and Researcher at Technical Accounting) disagreed with the idea that juniors are just expensive output. Why? Because they create mentorship pressure, adopt AI without old habits, aaaand are how knowledge actually gets transferred! So, companies that stop hiring juniors now might save money this year, but in a few years, they'll be too busy, too brittle and too stuck to fix it. We sat down with Miao and dug into this properly, so give it a read: go.infobip.com/3RG1l2F

AI doesn't change software engineering fundamentals. It only magnifies them. 🔍 At @DevoxxUK, @trisha_gee pointed out that weak tests, slow builds and questionable metrics won't disappear just because code got easier to write. They actually became painfully obvious... Ironically, now that the code got cheap, everything around it suddenly costs more - pipelines under pressure, longer feedback loops and teams optimizing for the wrong things. Curious what AI will expose first in your delivery process? Trisha Gee explains: go.infobip.com/4xagwRY

Nobody fully understands the code anymore... 😐 That’s what Sander Hoogendoorn, CTO at @ibood, worries about most. Now that AI is part of the team, the biggest danger has become drifting into what he calls 'technical death' - when keeping existing software alive consumes all your time and nobody really knows how it works anymore. We caught him at @DevoxxUK and asked him a few questions: go.infobip.com/4f5xudz

Another incredible speaker joining us at #ShiftZadar2026! 🎤 A big warm welcome to Katie Gamanji, Principal Engineer at @Apple, who’s joining us at the Shift Conference in Zadar this September. 🧡 A cloud native leader, CNCF TOC member and author of the Cloud Native Fundamentals course, Katie has helped shape how thousands of engineers approach the cloud native ecosystem today. And, as a true badass, she’s also a #WITAwards and #TechWomen100 winner, as well as a passionate advocate for women in STEM. 🫶 📅 13–15 September 2026 📍 Zadar, Croatia 🇭🇷 🎟️ Find the tickets here: go.infobip.com/488MG3L #ShiftConference #InfobipShift #ShiftZadar #DeveloperConference

At @DevoxxUK, Vojin Jovanovic and Mihailo Markovic, engineers from @Oracle, showed how they used autonomous AI agents to generate and run tests for 1,000 JVM libraries to collect GraalVM reflection metadata. The agents iteratively improved coverage using static analysis, coverage reports and profiling, pushing dynamic access coverage to around 90%, without anyone writing tests by hand. If you’re curious how they pulled this off, read here: go.infobip.com/42Ma5q7

AI engineers in 2026: shipping agents at lightning speed. EU regulators in 2026: “Cool. Now explain every single decision it made.” 🥴 We sat down with Ervin Jagatic, AI Business Unit Director at @Infobip, to talk about what that actually looks like and why compliance-by-design is turning into something engineers think about, not just lawyers: go.infobip.com/4ujfIIE

We spoke with developers from a golden member company who explained why AAIF membership is crucial for navigating the shift toward agentic AI! ☝️ As AI moves from answering questions to executing tasks, the infrastructure underneath it starts to matter a lot. Open standards, neutral governance and not letting a handful of vendors define the future suddenly become non‑negotiable. Josip Antoliš and Filip Srnec from @Infobip share what this looks like in practice: go.infobip.com/4udeC0Z

What if your AI code assistant didn’t just lint your code… but casually audited Linux, Firefox, and FFmpeg for fun? 🙃 Anthropic says Claude Mythos is SO good at finding security holes that releasing it to the public would be “irresponsible.” The twist is that Mythos isn’t some alien super‑AI. And we're explaining why: go.infobip.com/48WwGE5

"I tried to trick an AI agent into leaking my emails... 🫣 Instead, it roasted my phishing attempt, flagged the hidden prompt and politely asked if I wanted to mark myself as spam." 🤡 Ivan Mihić, Software Engineer at @Infobip, breaks down what happened when he tested prompt injection attacks against @openclaw and why personal AI agents are heading straight for an industry-wide security reckoning: go.infobip.com/4uxXumc

1,500 AI agents in production. 60,000 executions a week. What could possibly go wrong? 😅 At the MCP Dev Summit North America, Meghana Somasundara and Rush Tehrani from @Uber, were talking about how at Uber, they found out the hard way that the real danger isn’t malicious AI, but agents moving way faster than humans, and the impact scaling right along with them: go.infobip.com/4tUFQJq
