Led a workshop for @IniniLtd at the @BelgradeTheatre for National Social Prescribing Day. Attended by 12 people over 50. We talked about what makes us happy and created postcards around the theme. Was super wholesome creating and having conversations :)

It is saddening to see the increase in #foodpoverty.
It is sad knowing that for some people who attend our peer support group, it is the only hot meal that they have that day.
There is a need and it is going unmet, but we are going to continue to feed migrants.

On Tuesday, we had an amazing peer-support group session! We discussed our plans for the upcoming Refugee Week and Black History Month. We asked our service users what they want us to do and discussed everyone could get involved!
