How to "do" without "trying". Trying to pick up something is VERY different to picking it up.

We have noticed something over the years that we've been training children, teens and young adults. When they practise these skills together, something powerful happens:

You want them to be strong, but you're really sure how to help. You know that strong children aren’t raised by pressure. So what's the answer?
We can tell you (as parents ourselves) that strong children come from consistency, understanding, and calm leadership. #InnerStrength

When we talk about strength in class, children know it means both physical and "inner strength".
But we take that further with them - mental, physical and *emotional* strength. You need all three to thrive.

Reminder! We have Dragons workshops next Sunday 7th June. These are a great way for your little ones to learn in more depth and train with others not normally in their regular classes. #Dragons#Workshops
Parents - If your child "explodes" at home after holding it together all day, remember that it's not manipulation, it's exhaustion. But learning to manage those feelings and that energy is possible. We teach this every week to our Dragons and Teens. #Emotional#Resilience
