The saga continues… speak with the contractors lawyers. They won’t speak to me. Say because I had a lawyer now all discussions must go from lawyer to lawyer. So they are forcing me to spend more money to collect money that is already owed to me because I had to get a #lawyer

own my mistake and settle up. They didn’t do proper due diligence or their lawyer didn’t when we were named. All it would have took was a look at their payables to see who they paid and name that company… I’m just so mad about this whole situation. @FlamboroughCofC should…

look into how this member of theirs operates. Hopefully @B_Approved can help us out. Maybe @CHCHNews has a segment that would be interested in our story. Why should we be chasing money owed, a professional business with morals would right their wrongs. Not these guys.

Well, that kind of went how I thought but not how I hoped. I hoped the company was professional and would admit their wrongdoing. But they are apparently too big to see their errors. After an hour and a half, I met with the VP of Operations who showed up….. only to ask me

operate. Sad it’s come to this, really hoping I don’t have to take this further but we had absolutely nothing to do with this situation and to be out money and time because a company and their lawyer didn’t do proper research, isn’t right is it @Make_It_Right ?

Hanging out here in Carlisle to speak with a @B_Approved contractor who owes us some money! Said contractor doesn’t return calls or emails. Yard is locked. Guess we wait ! Might have to call @Make_It_Right for help yet!
