Massive deal for the #CFL as it is worth a reported 500 million dollars. A deal that basically will pay players and grow revenues. Money left over for all nine teams to help make them profitable. The DAZN piece is a tough swallow but this is the era we live in now with streaming.
We are likely moving into another phase soon and that is era of expansion. This league won't be at nine teams for much longer is my sense.
The CFL has announced landmark six-year agreements with Bell Media and DAZN, beginning in 2027. YouTube named a CFL Premier Platform Partner starting next year.
