Agree with you. I can confirm that key people from their team wants him out. Attitude and Tactics-wise, completely terrible.

Before NLEX makes a major roster shakeup in the off-season, it has to make sure first that Frankie Lim is the right head coach for them.

with Ginebra going to the Finals, CSH is a lock for the BPC not unless the votes doesn’t go his way. Scottie made a last push in the semis with his numbers but CSH’s numbers all throughout the conference is insane.

Coach ng NLEX sinisisi yung team/pkayers nya sa performance nila. Why not train your players and create a system that fits to your team.

Di ko nga gets bat si lim pa kinuha ng nlex e. Dami magaling na coach jan. Bat yan pa? Wala nga napatunayan sa ginebra yan dati.

Exactly. I have heard only bad things about him from key people of the team, not at liberty to say the positions of those ppl.

From what I heard, UST’s new management gave him a lucrative offer but DLSU stepped in and offered a better one. Still confirming with other sources.

I heard that UAAP Jr’s Mythical 5 Member Rhyle Melencio has committed to play for DLSU. Good pickup if it’s true. Double-double machine in the HS ranks.

He can’t exactly blame the last HC because in the last Govs’ Cup, they made the semis without Oftana and Mcdaniels plus they have BGR now in their roster. Yeng somehow almost always managed to make NLEX competitive despite their depleted roster.

Mejo off sya sa mga statement nya. Matic naman na need nilang magpalakas, pero ibroadcast pa nya, parang sinasabihan nya na kasalanan nung dating HC yung team construction nila.

Yes, there are players you can get for each team just to compete against the favorites like SMB, Ginebra, TNT and Magnolia. But having enough talent doesn’t guarantee a chip, having the correct blend of players and COACH can get you a chance to win.
This should be THE attitude of a head coach. Work with what you got AND not go public to blame the construct of your team because you didn’t go deep in the postseason.

Great move by ROS on signing Yeng to a 5-yr contract. Nowhere to go but up! 3rd and 4th overall pick in the next draft. Who should they target, specific position or best talent available?
