ECT Conference 2 took place today at the hub, focusing on adaptive teaching. Early career teachers explored setting clear goals, using assessment effectively and adapting teaching in response to pupil need. Facilitated by our very own @paulusher_edu and Oli Wray-Shaw 👨‍🏫
