All our fine #cricketpowder is screened down to <125 microns. Unlike many other cricket powders it works really well in drinks applications. We also offer a bakery grade cricket powder which is has a coarser texture and darker colour - perfect for bread and brownies!

Crickets are a great source of healthy fats but oxygen and sunlight can both cause the fats to degrade. To ensure our crickets stay fresh for as long as possible we pack them under a light vacuum (so they don't get crushed!) in sturdy foil bags.
