A teenager in Scotland was removed from an LGBT-themed class in which an activist teacher was explaining that homosexuality is a natural phenomenon because it is observed among animals. The student responded by asking whether, if he were to urinate wherever he wanted, that could also be justified as a natural phenomenon because animals do the same. As a result, he was reportedly removed from the lesson.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬. Libs of TikTok reached out and asked directly why they believed this was appropriate for small children. The library doubled down, defending Pride events as “𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘴” where children can “𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴.” No acknowledgment that the performer posts sexually explicit content. No concern about the age of the audience. 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. Ramsey County Library runs on a taxpayer-funded budget of more than $15 million a year. The library claims these specific events are funded by a nonprofit — but they are authorized, hosted, and defended by library leadership on public library property under director Pang Yang. Taxpayers fund the institution. The institution sponsors the content. The children being brought to this event cannot read. They cannot evaluate what they’re watching or why. They are toddlers taken by adults to watch a performer whose own social media is too explicit for the adults running the program to defend on camera.
