Today, the @ParamedicChiefs of Canada are shedding light on the significance that the first 72 hours of any emergency holds, and how to best deal with it. A great thank you to them for taking the time to educate the people and share their knowledge on these matters!
When addressing serious issues such as opiod overdoses, vulnerable populations must be given special attention in order to help educate and prevent overdoses. We appreciate the paramedics who respond to calls like these and strive to not only aid, but educate those who need help.

A new version of the BLS Standards will be effective as of January 11th. It requires paramedic services to utilize the Los Angeles Motor Scale (LAMS) stroke assessment score.
We're working on adding the LAMS score to the iMedic ePCR. It'll be done by the MOHLTC launch date.
