Outfield work in the Arizona βοΈ
Started with tennis balls and barehand work from two knees down to isolate the upper half and really focus on receiving the ball softly and smoothly. Then moved into frisbee catches, working body control and tracking.
Finished with ladder work into sprints and catches, over-the-shoulder work, and fence ball reads. Short, quality reps in 100Β° weather. Just stacking work and cleaning up the details every day.
