I bought an annual AI plan, tested it briefly, realised it wasn’t as described or fit for purpose, and requested a refund the same day.
Their stance appears to be: if any credits are consumed, no refund, regardless of context. (i had 200 free on my account from the free plan)
But I already had free credits before upgrading. The early generations appear to have consumed those free credits first, meaning the paid credits were barely touched. Less than $10 used
Keeping over $1,000 for what amounts to a few dollars’ paid usage is deeply disproportionate and unreasonable.
Avoid.
