Proud of all our former alumni, you can keep tabs on them all using the links in this thread! Love to see all the Irish alumni still competing and thriving. We had several graduate last year too! Emily Woods, Carina Collet, and Cora Wilkinson all ended great college careers!

Congrats to Matt and Lila medaling at Top Times last night. Lila ran a tenth off her PR indoor 400m time and Matt landed a PR long jump. Great competitors stepped up against great competition.

Great performances by some Irish athletes the last 2 nights - school record 44 pts from Graysen Provance and a beastly 25 pts/17 boards from Zeb Maxwell tonight. This after Gray ran a PR 10 fly Wednesday and Zeb hit a 300 lb Bench PR yesterday. TRAIN HARD IN SEASON! #IrishPride
