💪🏼💕After 30-something years of training, here is my advice:
1. Walk outside.
2. Improve your mobility.
3. Lift HEAVY.
4. Eat huge amounts of protein.
5. Don't eat crap.
6. Get your nutrition from real foods.
7. Get plenty of rest.
8. Don't put up with assholes.
9. Pet dogs.

On a happier note (and because I know you all have been following this riveting saga) I finally found some bras that fit! Comfortable, fit perfectly, supportive, not too expensive, and they don't have that ridiculous padding!!!!! ( . Y . )

This has been a local landmark for as long as I can remember. Culver's is local, and this barn is a thank you to the local farmers. Storms today took it out. June is Dairy Month, so please have some cheese curds in honor of The Culver's Barn.

I have never seen an IMMINENT THREAT ALERT on my phone before, and I have never heard the tornado sirens go off when it is just a severe thunderstorm. Crazy.

My kids grew up watching Doctor Who. We loved it. We started watching with the 9th Doctor, and stopped after 12. The last few woke seasons became completely un-watchable. I just told my 14 year old that they have canceled Doctor Who. His response: "It took them long enough."

Today is the last update to my favorite game. I'm sad to see it ending. It's consistently been one of the best games I've played, and my family and I play it together. Thanks for the great times, the crazy dungeons, strikes, amazing PVP and incredible music. @DestinyTheGame

Got lab results back:
"you have gone from prediabetic with severe hypertriglyceridemia to normal A1C with normal triglycerides, while living with a genetic condition that makes LDL difficult to move. That's a meaningful improvement in cardiovascular risk." So I'm happy 🙂

I have spent entirely too much time and effort today shopping for clothes that fit. Bras in particular. What a nightmare. Found the right size (I think) but no stores carry that size, so I can't actually try one on. Had to find some online, and now pray that they fit 😡
