🇬🇧🇵🇰 It has now been revealed that the man who stabbed a 17-year-old girl in Brierfield is 30-year-old Junaid Nawaz of Pakistani descent, described as a "British-born local man" by Lancashire Police. He has now been formally charged with attempted murder and possession of a knife in a public place. The incident occurred last Friday when Nawaz stabbed the 17-year-old victim in the back of the neck while walking down Wood Street in Brierfield, Lancashire. He is scheduled to appear before the Blackburn Magistrates' today.
