Nobody is allowing noncitizens to vote in U.S. elections. It’s already a federal felony. Utah audited 2M voters → 1 non-citizen registration, 0 votes. Georgia: 9 ballots out of 8.2M. Heritage Foundation’s own 20-year database: fewer than 100 cases nationally.
The question isn’t whether to allow it. It’s whether this implementation prevents it — or just removes eligible citizens. Kansas answered that: 30,000 citizens blocked to stop 0.002%.
There’s a better way.
