An English colleague ordered cheese w her pasta alle vongole at La Cambusa in Bologna. She noticed the waiter’s face, said, I’m sorry; he said, if you want.
Later the whole staff marched out carrying her pasta, behind it, a 🚫 sign behind that, freshly grated parmigiano.
