Ngl, after this I’m either going to jail or I’m opening doggy’s heaven gates for my pup. I’m completely aware I’d move irrationally if I witnessed them doing that to my dog given that it’s a non-intimidating/aggressive breed, and showed no signs of attack to the officer.
This dog ran outside excited as hell and the LAPD shot and killed it. You don’t hate police enough.

20 copa coming over because of a noise complaint is wild. I thank God everyday I don’t need to deal with bullshit poorly trained/poorly picked, trigger happy, cops.

Guess I’m a Celtics fan once KD is done?

You get a ring, you get a ring, EVERYONE gets a ring. Parity 👍🏻

I don’t understand what’s wrong with that. Y’all too focused on what the Warriors did in 2017-19. That’s never happening again in this age. The perfect concoction of events had to happen for that to work out. It’s not happening again. It’s not a recurring thing. 1/2
Real humans saying they prefer dynasties over this in the comments and quotes, pure rage bait

Having a team repeat is not bad. It builds a storyline, creates more validation for the players, creates a hill one must climb and overcome it. It’s obviously “bad” when it’s over the top like the KD GSW, even though that was the most watched Finals since ‘98 at the time lol 2/2

Some truths hurt
Jalen Brunson is what people pretend Allen Iverson was.

Exactly, and now we have none of that legendary runs or status because Oprah giving out rings to everyone. Yay, parity.
It really puts into perspective how special that Dirk ring was

The parity era has been a lot of fun (especially since my team has one of the titles), but I think there is an inherent flaw in the system when it’s nearly impossible to repeat as champions. Building an elite team should be rewarded not punished.
To me, this is beautiful. No excuses, no unassailable mountain.

“You’re a champ, now you’re a champ, everyone’s a champ” lol. Enough with this CBA bullshit and aprons and all that. Let teams build and keep what they’ve built for longer. Allow them to repeat. That GSW shit from ‘17 won’t ever happen again, get over the trauma.
Diminishing what it means to be a champion thanks Adam silver

Idk why people are saying this is better than having a team or two repeat in this span lol… Y’all got traumatized by the once in a lifetime experience of the KD Warriors. Get over it man, that’s not the norm. A team repeating isn’t bad to watch…
Crazy era in the NBA

Eh. Looks good on the surface but making it impossible to retain players isn't the wave to me. Being a good GM shouldn't be handicapped

This is cool but I miss dynasties. I miss seeing a team repeat or even three-peat. This is setting up the stage for the next repeaters to be put on a place where maybe they don’t belong but I’m with it. I just miss a bit of dominance. New CBAs suck ass.

Jalen Brunson taking the pay cut to come to New York, getting his friends on the team and actually winning the Championship. One of the most gangster stories in NBA history
