Yikes! Mortal Kombat II fans might love the movie, but the box office outlook is already taking a hit.
The sequel pulled in $5.2 million from Thursday previews, which isn’t bad, but now forecasts have reportedly dropped from around $50 million to the $40 million range.

Fans are giving it the highest score, but the box office might be telling a different story.
