hey @yohosiefgc @ApologyMan or anyone please help i'm pretty sure Vi is bugged and can't do charged H -> H on tag anymore 😭 puppet is gone and every single of my mix is gone 4 days before a challenger event, pleaaase tell me it's hotfixable

overall state of the game won't change too much, top tiers will stay the same as their main strenghts don't seem to be modified, just wonder how easier it'll be to play vs ahri/teemo
i still think nerfing oki should have been the main thing to look at but ill take what's given!
