UPDATE π¨: The Uganda Law Society has condemned the arrest of senior lawyer and lead counsel of detained Kizza Besigye, Erias Lukwago, describing it as an attack on the legal profession and the rule of law.
ULS in it's protest note to CDF Muhoozi Kainerugaba demanded for the immediate and unconditional release of the senior advocate and warned against what it describes as growing intimidation of lawyers handling sensitive political cases.
