The best part of this weekend for me… I think Were the live demos at the conference We were busting out the iPad and iPhone and having Doctors record faux appointments LIVE They were amazed. The Product worked perfectly in a loud conference room As a former Product Manager and Healthcare worker, who created this idea all from personal work experience… after studying Healthcare and AI at @Columbia This product is my brainchild and I’ve built it from scratch with the help of wonderful Engineers who brought my vision to life Then Yash came in and rebuilt and perfected the product with me, and brainstormed some great features To get the reviews we got… Where EVERY Doctor Demo’d was amazed with the live demo and booked onboarding I know I’m a Founder now; but this conference and customer feedback has validated how I feel about myself as a Product Manager (my first tech job)—aside from my Branding, Marketing, Sales, and Operations @SmartPracticeAI

After the conference today, I really feel like I can take this company all the way to IPO I know we could end up as the leaders in this category I’ve talked to 100’s of customers at this point. It’s a real pain point. Doctors are adopting the technology quickly, and specialty-focused AI Medical Scribe sectors are up for grabs There will be up to 10 winners in this space and another 20-30 that will cash out/get eaten up The demand is there and it’s growing rapidly @SmartPracticeAI

We will be taking an in person meeting with Battery Ventures, December 3rd, by their office in Union Square Park We’re looking to continue to develop our relationship with various major funds and lay the groundworks for a significant Series A @SmartPracticeAI

Thoughts from the conference, so far: We’re going to be very busy with meetings after this, things are going very well, very strong leads, demos booked/scheduled, doctors looking at their calendars to find the perfect time. Aiming for 40-50 strong leads with demos booked by the end. Including enterprise leads (1 lead owns 40 clinics) The sentiment has changed around AI and our Tech. People are looking for it, everyone’s heard about it. Many people already using a competitor. The adoption and attitude towards it since the last conference is staggering! We built in the correct area, that’s half the battle. The other half is what we’re doing now, will have updated revenue numbers in coming weeks as we close @SmartPracticeAI

We’re in New York City. Setting up the booth at the Conference center later today. Every Dentist in America will hear about SmartPractice over the next few weeks We will significantly uptick our outreach after securing this base of Dentists We are looking to reach out to all Practices within a 25 mile radius of the businesses we close over the next few days This statistically gives us a higher chance to close, after they know a competitor is using us. By the end of the year, we will be well into 6 figures ARR @SmartPracticeAI
