That's b/c they aren't playing a sport, they're running a subroutine. Scoring 7 goals doesn't bring them joy, it just confirms the algorithm is operating at optimal efficiency. You can see it in their programmed stare—zero wasted emotion, just "Threat Neutralised" flashing behind their eyes.
I don't hate guys for trying to take advantage of a weak team to stat pad some World Cup goals, but there's something eerily sinister about the way Germany do it. I can't explain it but it doesn't sit well with my spirit
