- Charley Spour ‘27 (St. Anthony)(HS)

- Jack Compton ‘26 (North Clay/ Clay City)(HS)(SWIC Commit)
Jack is pacing one of the best small school pitching staffs in southern IL. Jack is 6-0 on the mound to start this season, with an impressive 60 strikeouts in 42.1 IP. Leading the Cardinals with a 0.66 ERA and 0.54 WHIP, Jack can run his fastball up to 90mph.
- Carter Braddy ‘27 (Effingham HS)(uncommitted)

- Max Flack ‘26 (Effingham HS)(Lake Land commit)
Max came to P3 with very little experience on the mound, and with Ben’s help Max has improved his mid 80’s FB now running it all the way up to 92 mph. Max has seen success in the backend of games for the Hearts with 2 saves this season and 34 strikeouts in 31.2 IP.
- Trevan Sidwell ‘26 (North Clay/Clay City)(uncommitted)
Sidwell is another horse for the Cardinals pitching staff this season. Trevan is 6-1 this season with 37 strikeouts in 47.2 IP. His ability to throw multiple pitches for a strike keeps hitters off balance and generates weak contact leading to a 1.89 ERA and 1.11 WHIP.
- Kanen White ‘26 (Lake Land commit)
Kanen has shown what buying into a development plan can do. Up 30lbs in body mass has jumped his peak power output from 3600W to 4100W. This jump has taken his average FB from 85-87 T88 to now 88-90 T91.
- Tristan McMeen (Greenville)(NCAA D3)
Tristan has been with Ben and P3 since Feb. 2025. He has continued over the last 15 months to stick to his programming and has reaped the benefits. When he started his FB numbers were 81-83 T85 now 15 months later he sits 88-90 T91 with his FB.
