What I do to look after my own wellbeing #4: C O F F E E I LOVE coffee – so much I wrote about it for my website’s first blog post a while back: jamesbirchenough.wixsite.com… Some would argue I drink too much coffee - they’d definitely be right- (1/3)

...and I probably depend on it a little too much to wake up each morning. However, it also helps me have a mindful moment in the midst of an often busy day where I can pause, breathe, savour the taste, and then continue on with renewed calmness and focus. (2/3)

What’s your favourite drink? Are you #TeamTea, #TeamCoffee, or neither? How might you be able to create some small mindful moments in your day over the next few days? If you do, let me know how it helped you! (3/3)

Do you have a favourite place to be? Do you find freedom and enjoyment in being in nature, or is there somewhere else you prefer to be? Does taking a pause moment sound unrealistic? I know sometimes that stops me. What steps could you take to give it a go this week? (6/6)

What do I do to look after my own wellbeing #2: C A S T I N G A W A Y I don’t play games often on my phone; I don’t even have a games console. Why? Because I get hooked easily. However, I do think it’s good for us to have some form of distraction or escape... (1/5)

and beautiful visuals. All in all, it’s very relaxing and a great way to spend a few spare minutes - even better when paired with a camomile tea and Lotus Biscoff Spread on brioche rolls (don’t knock it til you’ve tried it!). Have you ever played it? What do you think? (4/5)

Or, do you have a different favourite game? Finally, here’s a screenshot I sent to my wife the other week while I played the game in a spare few minutes. (It was accompanied with the text “I CAUGHT A PENGUIN!!” Maybe in retrospect I got a little bit too excited…) (5/5)
